The future continuous:

As with all continuous tenses, we use the future continuous to talk :

• about an action that will be in progress before or after a time in the future.

ex:  I will be driving home at 10:30 tomorrow morning.

• about an action that will happen as a result of an arrangement or normal routine

ex: -The president will be having dinner with the local VIPS (this is a part of the arrangements for his visit)

      - I will be seeing Emma at the gym tonight (they always go on tuesdays. This is the result of their normal routine.) 

Form of the future continuous:

the verb to work(future continuous)

NB : The future continuous question form is often used with polite requests because it expresses the idea "if you are doing it anyway, then I am not causing you any trouble"

ex:  - Will you be passing my house on your way to the gym? If so,could you drop in the book I want to borrow?
